Update for "Trim" utility

trim.exe is a utility for pgn files.

trim.exe is now able to handle SCID created pgn files, which do not leave a white space after the period that follows the move number. It is questionable as to whether SCID's version is legal or illegal. Nevertheless, trim is able to handle this situation and will insert a white space if needed.

To summarize: Trim 1.3 does the following:

(1) removes move-wrap (word-wrapping of moves in a pgn file)
(2) can adjust the line width
(3) can truncate the pgns to a specified ply
(4) inserts a white space after the period if needed

trim.exe does not change the original pgn file. Instead it creates an output file with the desired changes.
