DreamChess asks for a SHELL32.DLL... Anyone has any idea?

So far this is the first thing DreamChess asks for in order to start.I do not see it in the installation folder.The one that I have in my system does not work with DreamChess.Can someone please help or send me the right SHELL32.DLL.

I try three days ago with a shell32.dll file downloaded from a Google page but did not work.
In my PC, DreamChess ask for an international version ?? of Shell32.dll.
My OS is Windows98SE.

DreamChess is asking for Shell32.dll get folderpath.I downloaded a couple and they did not help.There is a file that is missing, it is an export file that Shell32 links to to run DreamChess.perhaps the author could probably help.

Is 'Shell32.dll' in 'Windows/System' or Dreamchess folder ?
'Shell32.dll' must reside in 'Windows/System32/

yes I do have shell32 in Windows\system... I put a copy in DreamChess folder.Next I downloaded a couple from a couple sites which offer DLL's download and replaced the one I initially have, consecutively.And
at last I put a copy in windows\system32... with no result.Could it be a Windows98SE problem?
