WB/UCI chronology changed and renamed

Now being in times when even almost all commercial programs
finally decided to follow at least one of the two free standard protocols,
I decided to add commercial WB/UCI programs to my list too.
I renamed it to 'anthology' now. Below there is some hint about
some current restrictions from my RWBC log.

If there are programs missing and if you remember some exact first release dates for commercial WB/UCI programs[and in case of any other
errors of course too ] please drop me an email.

updated and changed Winboard + UCI chronology pages
to WB/UCI anthology including commercials => wb_chron.htm
(for some time no sorting will be available - there will be only
one main page sorted by name, as long as some data for the
new commercial entries remains unchecked!)

If it wasnt for the weird selling policy, I would have bought it. They should have an option to buy it for say 49.99 instead of buying an ICC account. Even if it would cost me more, I wont feel guilty that I wasted money on an account that I will hardly ever use.

Yes, Junior is in the list too, but me myself haven't bought it, because
I wait until they release a newer version. Of course I welcome that
Junior is available as an UCI version now, but I hope they won't follow
a policy to always release it so much behind a CB version that it is
already outdated when it happens.
