This message is to note that Amyan 1.595 is downloadable from my page.

I didn't resist the temptation of spend today all day on Amyan. I don't usually "work" in Amyan lately so I miss what an update feels... even being little significant like this one, I want to do it... don't take me very serious..

Today i got about a 3% speed-up.
Also before, I did something, which I don't remember at all what it was, and I don't have the source to compare as I have been using and reusing CD-RW to backup. I just will asume it was a good thing and won't do the test of comparing 2 engines of almost identical strength. For amyan 1.594 altough they were blitz I make the pc keep playing a lot of games and it resulted supossedly stronger than 1.593 by at least 50 rating points, but it seems it wasn't at all. I don't want to use the pc like that again for nothing.
Don't take me serious..

I'm sure Amyan is very happy about your comments. But it is not top 10. Just because it is not very far of that, with just a little of luck, it may look it is at first. For example, if I remember well, once at Le Fou Numerique, its first rating was really high, and got at the middle of the uci elite division, but then later it got lower and lower.

my opinion is that Amyan is one of the engines with most interresting style of play
