mscp 1.6e update

This program is an unofficial enhancement of the original Mscp 1.4 source code by Marcel van Kervinck,
distributed with his kind permission. These enhancements may or may not find their way into the official
Mscp at a later stage.

*Important*
Always replace/overwrite mscp.ini with new one.

1. 1.6d wasn't working under Winboard at all,
only Arena! - fixed now, sorry. Thinking
lines/pv only under Arena at the moment.
1. Fixed a terrible bug introduced in 1.6d
where Mscp would win a game then immediately
resign for the opponent forfeiting the game. Nice!
2. Disabled some of the new eval features
in v1.6d. They were weakening mscp too much.
3. Eval tune-up.
