I prefer "a" here.I just plan to release new version of LGPGNVER with some additional features:
1)wins on time recognition;
2)some remarks on manually edited PGN's;
and I have a question: which form of output do you prefer as remark for win on time(a or b)?
a:
Analyze result:1-0 {win on time(Q1:q3)}
Analyze result:1-0 {win on time(N4:r4)}
Analyze result:1-0 {win on time(QRRBBNN7:qrrbbnn7)}
b:
Analyze result:1-0 {win on time(11:13)}
Analyze result:1-0 {win on time(7:9)}
Analyze result:1-0 {win on time(39:39)}
Some comments to new version:
warning level 1:wins on time,illegal moves(wrong draw claims etc. with correct bottom result)
warning level 2:draws by agreement,manual draw awards
warning level 3:early or late draw claims
warning level 4:incorrect results
Best regards,
LG
P.S.If anyone is interested in program, which creates cross-table in HTML format from PGN file (Round-robin tournament), I could also upload it to my page. I currently use it to automatically create tables for my rapid tournament.

Hi George,
I prefer format 'a' and I am also interested in any program which
creates small html output for cross-tables!
I admit that I like Arenas html tables very much but regrettably
they can be only done together with tournaments there and not
from pgn files only.
As you are just asking, I want to tell you about a little error
in LGPGNVER, which also appears in a big number of programs
and GUIs. It' s not too important though.
I noticed that LGPGNVER incorrectly says '50 moves draw after
any move' when 99 plies from 100 are already played, even when
one of the possible moves is a mate.
Current example from Class D:

I've started winboard, loaded the position, made the move Rb8+ and said "Machine Black".

Maybe I'm stupid, but I still don't understand...Material on board when the game was terminated.What does the comments mean?I just plan to release new version of LGPGNVER with some additional features:
1)wins on time recognition;
2)some remarks on manually edited PGN's;
and I have a question: which form of output do you prefer as remark for win on time(a or b)?
a:
Analyze result:1-0 {win on time(Q1:q3)}
Analyze result:1-0 {win on time(N4:r4)}
Analyze result:1-0 {win on time(QRRBBNN7:qrrbbnn7)}

Wild guess: (white:black), the digits are the number of pawns.Maybe I'm stupid, but I still don't understand...
(Q1:q3) how do I read this?
(N4:r4) and this?

Correct. Similar notation is used by Gunther Simon in his RWBC classes.Wild guess: (white:black), the digits are the number of pawns.Maybe I'm stupid, but I still don't understand...
