Arena, Fritz, Shredder, ChessPartner... to name some.
BTW: TLCV is not software whic enables you to play two engines against each other. This have to be done in Winboard or Arena. The TLCV
server can read their debug files. TLCV can be used to view this games via internet or local. I use that setup also to view local games because TLCV is just a very nice GUI which displays the information better than Winboard does (IMO).
