I saw book issues discussed in the other thread, but about the 13 MB book. What about the GM book?

Since people prefer more "normal" openings, Anthony Cozzie will publish a big book generated from a pgn file without nags in the coming days. That is, the current big public book will be substituted by the coming one.
This new book is just a random book without any tuning done by hand.

Is this really a good decision? If the author of an engine releases a tuned book, I think the engine is preferably to play using that book, no matter how popular its openings are.
